Confirmation of Bookings
Bookings are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis. On receipt of completed Tour Bookings Form and payment, a payment link will be sent to the email which you provided. Remember that this payment link is for your tour application only, a letter of confirmation will be sent to the participant. Remember that this confirmation letter is proof that the booking has been made and payment received.
Insurance and Liability
Participants are advised to arrange personal insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage or loss of personal effects. The Organizers will accept no liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the participants.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by email:
· Cancellations received before (including) June 30, 2013 – 100% refund (less 10% handling fee)
· Cancellations received between July 1 - Aug.15, 2013– 50% will be refunded
· After Aug.15, 2013 – no refund will be made
· "No Show" - In the event of no-shows, payment is non-refundable
· All refunds will be made after the Congress in 2-3 weeks
