Prepare Your Poster
Dimensions of the poster area are 120cm high by 90cm wide.

Place the title of your paper prominently at the top of the poster board to allow viewers to identify your paper. Highlight the authors’ names, e-mails, and address information in case the viewer is interested in contacting you for more information.

Set-up & Remove Your Poster
Posters are to be mounted starting 08:00 am on your assigned day. Please remove your poster at the conclusion of sessions on your assigned day. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

Abstract CD-ROM
All submitted abstracts which were accepted for presentation are published in the Abstract CD-ROM available in the congress bag.

Poster Help Counter
The Poster Help Counter is located in the Mandarin Hall (1F). Staffs will be available toprovide assistance and equipment such as push pins, tape and scissors are provided as well. If you have any special needs for your poster presentation, please bring those supplies with you to the meeting.
