Visa Application
Kindly note: Participants are requested to check with the Chinese Consulate or diplomatic mission in their home country for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required. Generally it takes up to 2 months to process your visa, so make sure to plan ahead.
Please note that it is suggested to make an application for a tourist visa that is sufficient for attending a Conference in China. The Official Invitation Letter can be downloaded from your personal account at the congress website after you complete your online registration process. If you require a letter before you have registered for the meeting, please send an e-mail with your FULL contact details, including: name (as printed in your passport), full postal address and passport number to the Congress Secretariat at secretariat@ipna2013.org, an official invitation letter (PDF) will be prepared and sent to your e-mail. Please note in the subject line "IPNA2013 - Request for Invitation letter for a TOURIST visa".
If you wish to apply for business visa to China (VISA F), please prepare the required documents. If you require the special invitation letter, please contact the Congress Secretariat at secretariat@ipna2013.org.
